We’re looking for 2x Senior Software Engineers to join our cross-functional team, helping to design, build and deliver secure, scalable cloud services that create real value for our customers. You’ll work across our tech stack (C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React), collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems, drive technical improvements and mentor team members in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What you will do
- Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React
- Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production
- Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges
- Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
- Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles
About you
5+ years experience designing, developing and operating cloud-based software at scaleStrong skills in one or more of the following : C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, ReactProven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teamsSound technical judgment, balancing trade offs to meet goals and manage riskComfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependenciesExperience working in distributed teams within global engineering organisationsGrowth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomesEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
