Business Development Advisor

What you’ll do :

• Build and maintain operational relationships with key staff in broker panel offices (in line with established service and value propositions) and develop an appropriate understanding of each broker's business
• Develop SMART objectives and related activities that focus on the achievement of retention, growth and satisfaction
• Coordinate, prioritise and manage activities to maximise outcomes
• Resolve broker queries and requests delivering responsive quality outcomes giving consideration to broker and internal needs, objectives and constraints
• Prospect to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
