Customer Service

This full-time Customer Service Representative role is based in Grafton, Auckland, supporting the wine industry sales and deliveries.

You will be responsible for handling customer orders, managing the webstore, and working with the company's ERP system.

As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional experience to our valued clients.What you'll be doingReceive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilmentManage the company's webstore, updating product information and processing online ordersUtilise the ERP system to track inventory, generate invoices, and provide customers with order status updatesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of deliveriesMaintain detailed records and provide reporting on customer service metricsContribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the wine or FMCG industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customersProficient in using ERP systems and e-commerce platforms to process orders and manage customer informationStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressureCollaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving attitudeFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesWhat we offerAt Red and White Cellar, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
