About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful migration and implementation of a new rostering system across NZCL, which is the division of NZ Health Group providing specialised support to individuals with a disability, as well as their whanau. You will coordinate effective and efficient rostering of our Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe services to the people we support, taking ownership of the rostering processes to ensure Support Workers are rostered as per their competencies, availability and contracted hours.
This is a casual role based in our Albany office in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Burnside office Ōtautahi Christchurch or Kirikiriroa Hamilton Hours of work will be working shifts across a Monday - Sunday roster as required
