We are a seeking a motivated, energetic and friendly musculoskeletalphysiotherapist with a growth mindset.Position : Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.About Us : We are Bespoke Physiotherapy & Health, a leading multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting well-being in our community.

Our Bespoke Tribe includes a wide range of Health Practitioners who believe in the importance of a collaborative approach to individualised evidence-based health care.Ourclinic has been operating since December 2018and is located in the bustling Te Puna Village (10km from the City Centre) in the sunny Western Bay of Plenty.

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members and stand behind our excellent client satisfaction.The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of seven physiotherapists, two massage therapists, yoga and Pilates instructors, a hand therapist, a neurologist, a dedicated office manager and an amazingfull time admin team.

Our purpose-built clinic features ample onsite parking for staff and patients, 8 large treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, rehab studio and a reformer Pilates studio.Key Responsibilities : Conduct thorough assessments of musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalised treatment & rehab plans.Provide evidence-based interventions and hands-on therapy to promote optimal recovery.Educate patients on self-management strategies and preventive measures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Qualifications : Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board.PNZ Member.Hold a current APC.Professional Indemnity insurance.Attributes : Growth mindset.Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Great time management and ability to work well under pressure.Strong interest in exercise prescription, rehabilitation & sports physiotherapy.Thrives in team environments.Passionate about enhancing clinical skills and build reputation as a high-quality physiotherapist in the Bay of Plenty.Possible interest in Pilates and completing instructor training with maybe taking on a few weekly reformer Pilates classes within our Movement Studio.What can we offer you?We pride ourselves in looking after our tribe and strive to provide the best working environments for our team.
