The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Te Whariki and practical experience in its implementation.

Strong skills in whakawhanaungatanga, collaboration, and respectful communication are essential, along with the ability to form meaningful connections with whanau, tamariki, and fellow kaiako.
