Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the roleWe are seeking a talented and organised Business Coordinator to join the Graeme Dingle Foundation Bay of Plenty team on a part-time fixed term basis.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our Tauranga Central Bay of Plenty office.What you'll be doingCoordinating and maintaining office operations, including supporting events and activities across the regionProviding administrative support to the team, such as preparing reports, managing databases, and handling correspondenceAssisting with financial tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, completing payroll and other accounting tasksLooking after our social media and supporter communications including preparing social posts, newsletters and other commsProviding general support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
Having the ability to multi-task, juggle many balls at once and communicate clearly with our geographically dispersed team.What we're looking forProven experience as an administrative assistant or business coordinator, knowledge of Xero, IPayroll and MyHR systems would be an advantage.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders both internal and externalProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookSomeone who is social media savy who can help us grow our following across different platformsA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficientlyA genuine interest in the work of the Graeme Dingle Foundation and a commitment to its mission and valuesWhat we offerAt the Graeme Dingle Foundation, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that values work-life balance.
