Your role will include :

  • Providing clinical and strategic leadership to the surgical team
  • Overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Leading clinical governance, workforce planning, and service development
  • Collaborating with other departments and executive leadership
  • Maintaining an active surgical practice while fostering innovation and excellence
  • What we’re looking for :

  • AHPRA Specialist Registration in Surgery (FRACS or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in surgical leadership or clinical governance
  • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving innovation
  • Commitment to improving patient outcomes and service quality
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
