The role is responsible for strategic leadership and effective people management, ensuring high standards of delivery and execution.

It involvesdesigning, developing, and implementing the assessment process, carrying out regular assessments, and quality control of case management files.The Practice Lead plays an integral role within the business by overseeing day-to-day operations, delegating workload, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring business unit objectives are met.

The role will work closely with and support executive management by, establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, ensuring an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.Primary responsibilities include : Leadership and people management – lead, teach and demonstrate 'best practice' while driving a culture of trust, collaboration, quality and performance.

Providing coaching and guidance by delivering training and upskilling where necessary.

Conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and setting team and individual goals and objective plans.Quality assurance and reporting – manage case management assessments, conducting internal audits, developing quality assurance, identifying risks, making recommendations, and / or taking remedial action ensuring cases are administered in line with case management guidelines.External stakeholder engagement and business development – being proactive in developing avenues to promote and grow the business and collaborating with marketing strategies in the delivery of topical content for the FDR Centre.

Engaging with key clients and stakeholders, such as Ministry of Justice Contract Managers, Panellists / Mediators, Parties, ADROs, and Family Court Navigators.Supervise and manage professional services – providing supervision to internal professionals such as mediators, child specialists, divorce and separation coaches and supporting external service providers such as VOC, coaches and mediators.

Designing and implementing best practice framework and undertaking assessments and facilitating participation in mediation processes.Continuous improvement – demonstrating a strong continuous improvement focus by keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices, operational guides, processes and procedures within alternative dispute resolution.

Identifying areas of efficiency and improvement and ensuring consistency and high-quality service delivery.About youAs our new Practice Lead, you will bring private dispute resolution and case management expertise as well as strong leadership skills to ensure we optimise the performance of our teams.

You will be an exceptional communicator experienced in dealing with a wide range of people and possess the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
