Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a cluster manager to join its passionate team.About The RoleThe cluster manager is part of T2's retail leadership team within the designated region, who is directly responsible for the P&L performance of their T2 retail store portfolio alongside coaching & mentoring the store managers & teams.This will include executing the T2 retail strategy and leadership of stores ensuring brand representation at the highest level, whilst developing a culture of excellence in customer service that delivers a seamless customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesCluster performance - delivering budgeted sales & EBIT.Key retail metrics – ATV, IPC, conversion, loyalty sign ups & wage % to sales.Customer Experience- CUPPAS / service consistency.Leadership and people management.VM presentation standards.Operations / Workplace health & safety.Life at T2Competitive salary with bonus earning potential with T2's performance incentive program + sales incentives.Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.Get recognition and rewards.
