This posting is an open continuous announcement which will be utilized to maintain eligible / qualified applicants to be considered for current project management roles.

We are looking for highly empowered, positive, collaborative, humble, and versatile Project Manager candidates who will bring a strong focus on remediating technical, operational, organizational, and relationship challenges.

You will coordinate, chase, develop processes, establish quality initiatives, and ensure execution within the customer's ecosystem.

No task is too large or too small.

You will have the opportunity to be visible, interacting with senior management at times and engaging matrix-managed teams.

LocationThis is a remote position which requires working on East Coast time.

You will be able to work from the designated location of your choice as long as you can attend East Coast meetings all day.

Sometimes meetings can start early or run late depending on workflow and schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks as the "right hand" of the client's senior managers.Work with a variety of client personnel throughout the organization to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Execute the full life-cycle of the project, utilizing and maintaining necessary project management processes and tools from work plans through reporting.Coordinate staff assignments and check staff production levels.Initiate company quality assurance and control measures for their projects and coordinate work among in-house personnel and outside consultants.Conduct periodic polling of team members for metrics, milestone status, and other performance information.Administer and track multiple projects, including financial review and analysis, period of performance monitoring and alignment with project schedule, and collection & tracking of deliverables.Key RequirementsMinimum 4-7 years of project management experience.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or higher).Strong background in project management and superior comfort level in initiating planning, coordinating, and executing projects.Experience with project management processes and best practices.Ability to anticipate the next steps that drive projects forward to successful completion.Must have experience with common workplace tools such as MS Office Suite, WebEx Meetings, Chat programs, Google Docs, etc.Experience with direct engagement across business units and with customers.Experience working in IT is a plus but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a shared vision among a team.Strong negotiating skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.Able to proactively identify process improvements for the benefit of efficiency, coordination, and workflow.Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.About YouSmart, Optimistic, Humble, Stubbornly persistent.
