We are imaginative, ambitious, and unafraid to challenge convention as we shape the future of wine.About The RoleWe're looking for a commercially astute and collaborative Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our New Zealand supply chain.

Reporting to the GM Supply Chain Finance, this position is a key member of both the NZ Supply Chain and Global Finance leadership teams.You'll lead a small, high-performing team and partner closely with senior stakeholders across operations, supply, and global finance to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance.

From vineyards to inventory, capex to cost recovery, you'll play a critical role in driving performance, accountability, and value creation across the NZ business.This position can be based in Auckland, Hawkes Bay or the Marlborough region.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead financial controlling for all NZ supply chain and support units, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisPartner with supply chain leaders to manage operating and capital expenditure, identify risks and opportunities, and drive forecast accuracyOversee NZ inventory reporting and control, including bulk wine, dry goods, and finished goodsLead capex planning and ROI analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesDeliver monthly reporting and insights for vineyards, wineries, freight, and warehousingSupport global finance teams with consolidated reporting, cash flow forecasting, and inventory optimizationDrive continuous improvement, team development, and adoption of new tools and technologiesContribute to strategic projects, audit readiness, and costing for NZ wines\About Your ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA, CA, or MBA preferredProven experience leading finance functions in large, complex organizationsWine or FMCG industry experience strongly preferredStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesAdvanced business partnering and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leadersA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Join us?At Vinarchy, we empower our world class people to do their best work, and celebrate success together.Staff wine allowance and exclusive wine offersCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible hybrid working (up to 2 days per week from home)Paid parental leave and wellbeing supportFast Friday finishes and community impact daysAccess to learning platforms and leadership developmentPrivate health insurance discounts and annual flu vaccinationsReady to redefine your future?
