Clinical Lead - Concussion

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician who has worked and grown in the specialised area of concussion contracts to add some great skills and collaboration to the Habit team.

This is a great role for someone who is in that intermediate / senior stage of their clinical career looking to advance into leadership and make an impact!

As part of our senior leadership team, our Clinical Leads work directly with our Service Leads, Team Leads, and Regional Manager to ensure excellent clinical service delivery and best practice related to Concussion.

You will also maintain your own clinical caseload either as an Occupational Therapist or as a Physiotherapist.

This role can be based at a Habit Health site in either Tauranga, Hamilton, or New Plymouth.

This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Liaise with the Service Lead to review complex client cases.

Manage client risk register and review complex clinical reports.

Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Support the regional multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

Tertiary qualification in your chosen clinical area - either Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.

Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional.

Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!

Five plus years' experience in a clinical role – leadership skills are advantageous.

ACC operational, medical, and policy knowledge.
