We're looking for a
Salesforce-certified Customer Applications Specialist
to join our Customer Platform Team and play a key role in delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance our customer and agent experiences.

Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy, prioritising scalability, maintainability, and user experience
Challenge existing processes and champion best practice approaches to drive smarter, more efficient outcomes
Collaborate with operational teams to deeply understand needs and translate them into impactful, user-centred solutions
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to maximise platform adoption and empower users
Stay curious and continuously learn, exploring emerging Salesforce capabilities and cross-skilling across platforms likeSalesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud, Antavo and Sitecore.
This role includes an in-office requirement of three days per week to support collaboration, connection, and team alignment.
We are looking for :
Salesforce-certified (Platform Administrator or Marketing Cloud Specialist preferred) with proven hands-on platform experience
3+ years in business improvement, digital solutioning, or analytics — with a strong track record of challenging the status quo
Comfortable designing clean, user-focused solutions that meet both operational needs and broader strategic outcomes
Strong communicator with excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Curiosity and a willingness to learn, especially across multiple platforms
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement
Commercially aware, outcome-focused, and able to prioritise what delivers the most value.
