Mount Maunganui Temp to Perm Mar 20, 2025Site SupervisorBased in Mount Maunganui, this is an active Site Supervisor role in various locations throughout New Zealand.You will be a hands-on Working Site Supervisor, delivering on projects, leading a small team and managing sub-contractors, implementing health & safety on site, and overseeing and working on the installation of bridge structures, foundations, and piling work.You will be working fora company that has grown a great culture that provides its people with the opportunity to succeed.Role Requirements : 3-5 years' experience in a similar environmentworking with teams, contractors, suppliers, and industry contactsA varied practical skill set, with proven skills in carpentry, concrete work, earthworks, pile driving or ideally bridge worksQualified trade qualification in Carpentry or Civil ConstructionWorking knowledge of engineering drawings, sizing, components, and requirements of structuresClass 4 / 5 licence W,T,R is highly desirableSite Safe CertificateFirst Aid CertificateUnderstanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and experience in implementing it in the workplaceExperience in competently and safely operating heavy machineryFlexible to work away at various sites around the North Island predominantly Monday to FridayPersonal Qualities and Attributes : Well presented, and good communication skillsCommitment to professional developmentAbility to relate to a wide range of peopleEnergetic, willing and a can-do-attitudeExcellent quality, attention to detail and organisational skillsCommitment to the process of continuous improvementIf this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for apply today :
