As a

Promotions Enrolment Host

you'll be a key part of our customer experience team, helping guests enrol in our carded play and loyalty programmes.

You'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, guiding them through the enrolment process, and ensuring they understand how to make the most of their visit.

This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers memorable experiences.

This is a

Part-Time

position, working

30 hours per week

across evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

This role is Fixed Term until 28 September 2025.

You'll bring a winning attitude and a passion for customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll also have :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A professional and polished appearance

Confidence using computers and digital systems

The ability to follow processes and resolve queries

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and support promotional events

A proactive and positive approach to teamwork

You must be

20 years or older

due to licensing requirements
