About the role
Mō te tūnga
Based in Wellington, you will be providing leadership and support to your team of three, in the Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti / Mana Region.
Day to day, you will
- Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with local stakeholders as the face of Manaaki Tāngata Victim Support region
- Lead and support your team, providing day-to-day direction
- Debrief and coach the team regularly
- Oversee case management with a focused client-centred approach
