You'll be central to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring excellence in patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care.Manage staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain an organised and supportive working environment.Support the financial health of the practice, managing budgets, claims, and financial reporting.Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture that drives patient satisfaction and practice growth.Work alongside South Link Health in Dunedin for finance, HR, recruitment, IT, business development, and marketing support.Prepare and complete monthly audits and reports.What You'll BringProven experience in Management.Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to juggle tasks and manage teams.A passion for working in a primary care setting, embracing the variety and challenges it brings.Strong attention to detail, especially in managing financials, budgets, and claims.A positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to pitch in where needed to get the mahi done.Our team and patient base are incredibly diverse, reflecting the local community we serve.
As part of our wider SLHS network, you will have the support of over 20 Practice Manager colleagues across Aotearoa.
