We're seeking a dynamic Country Manager to spearhead our retail operations, drive innovation, and deliver unforgettable customer experiences.What You'll Do : Drive Sales Growth : Execute our strategic vision, boost sales, and maximise profitabilityMarket Mastery : Develop targeted marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions to dominate the marketBuild Strong Relationships : Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including retail operators, distributors, and airport authoritiesOperational Excellence : Ensure seamless operations, adherence to regulations, and company policiesData-Driven Decisions : Analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive activities to inform strategic choicesLead High-Performing Teams : Cultivate a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvementYour Profile : Proven Leader : Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in retail, FMCG, travel retail, or luxury goods Strategic Thinker : Track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and developing strategic partnerships? Exceptional Communicator : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Data Whiz : Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting systems?Market Expert : Deep understanding of New Zealand's retail landscape and ability to craft market-specific strategies Financial Acumen : Strong expertise in P&L management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting?
