We are seeking a committed and motivatedindividual for the role of Health & Safety Advisor  at our Fullcircle operation, located in Penrose, Auckland.

This is a challenging but exciting opportunitythat will see you roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and play a key role workingalongside and supporting the delivery of Health & Safety objectives across ourFullcircle and nationwide Baling Plant operations, to ensure and promote thedelivery of Oji Fibre Solutions guiding principles for Environment, Health,Safety and Risk (EHSR).

The key responsibilities of the role include :

• Manage, support and implement Healthand Safety, through the coordination, and support of policies, procedures,safety initiatives and systems
• Identify, understand and effectively manage Health& Safety and Environmental risks in our business
• Co-ordinateand maintain safety training programs across all sites
• Participatein H&S meetings, contributing to the group’s projects
• Coordinateand assist with site safety meetings.

This position requires the following qualifications andexperience :

You will need to demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment anddecision-making; have great interpersonal and communication skills; be acreative thinker; one who can be solutions and delivery focused, and above allhave a great customer service ethos. Inaddition, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure are the keypersonal attributes we are looking for.
