Our objective is to improve wellbeing outcomes for Pasefika, reducing significant inequalities within Aotearoa's population.We operate by enabling, facilitating, supporting, and integrating efforts of various agencies dedicated to wellbeing solutions for Pasefika communities in the Wellington region.

We aim to be an exemplar Pasefika organisation.A key project is Our Whare Our Fale (OWOF), a partnership with iwi to build up to 300 affordable, multigenerational, culturally-designed homes in Porirua, transforming Pasefika communities and families.About the roleWe're seeking a Senior Accounts Officer to join our team, supporting CPC's financial health and accountability.

This hands-on, collaborative role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and funding requirements.

You'll work with external accountants on budgeting, reporting, and audits to strengthen financial management.About youThis role suits someone passionate about achieving wellbeing outcomes with the Pasifika community at the centre.

We are looking for someone with : Proven experience in a senior accounts position, preferably in a non-profit environmentStrong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standardsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesProficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero) and Microsoft ExcelHow we workCentral Pacific Collective is committed to a safe, respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
