Automotive Service Advisor

Love working with people and have a solid background in automotive aftersales ?

Here’s your chance to join a top multi-franchise dealership in South Auckland that's all about great service, strong team culture, and real career development.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to be the friendly face between our clients and the service team.

You'll greet customers, keep them updated, help with quotes & timelines, upselling where it is required and keep the workflow humming between the workshop and front desk.

Key responsibilities :

Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements
Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
Maintain accurate records in our service management system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements :

Have experience in a vehicle dealership aftersales environment

Know your way around vehicles and service systems

Team Player with great communication skills

Super organized and love a fast-paced environment
