Work directly with existing clients to support, cross sell, and upgrade their implements, parts, accessories, and other items such as generators.This position would suit someone from the heavy machinery, automotive, farm machinery or similar sector.

Ideally you will currently be in a sales representative position, however you may be looking to get off the tools or be working in a parts department.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be based in either Tauranga or Taupo.

Your territory will cover Tauranga, Taupo, Rotorua, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington and surrounding areas.

This an intermediate level position.Responsibilities include : Grow sales of our after-market products and serviceCompleting excavator undercarriage assessments, pricing, and quoting of major parts and rebuild jobsOperate a regular call cycle for our existing customers across your regionUse our CRM – Salesforce – to its full potential for lead generationEnsure our vast range of products and services are known to the customerActively work with the sales team to ensure lead generationActively promote the service workshops generating new business opportunitiesIdentify customers' needs and match TDX products, keeping up to date with technical informationContinual improvement in processing customer enquiries, ensuring they have everything they need on time.Follow and respect all Health and Safety guidelinesWe are ideally looking for : Someone who thrives when interacting with customers, building relationships, and understanding customers' businessDisplays a passion for sales and loves what they doYou will be energetic, self-driven, have high levels of proven initiative, problem solving skills, and internal driveHave worked in the industryThis position involves travelling to sometimes remote locations, so a clean full license is required.This is a true partnership role – you are the connection and interface between our customers and the TDX business.
