Tristram is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team in Whangarei, Northland.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a year or two of work experience, ideally in marketing, who is looking for the next step in their career.You will be executing local marketing plans, planning and executing each brand's electronic emails, updating websites, analysing data, conducting market research, and identifying target audiences, alongside assisting our Auckland marketing team.

This role offers varied responsibilities with opportunities for career advancement.As our Marketing Assistant, you will be self-motivated, creative, forward-thinking, organized, well-presented, and detail-oriented.Key Responsibilities : Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.Review and update website content, including copy, web banners, vehicle model updates, and blogs.Manage and update social media channels, engage with followers, and analyse social media trends and performance.Assist with the logistics and execution of marketing events, such as product launches and partnership events.Design collateral and branding assets, such as dealer point of sale materials including brochures, billboards, digital ads, and email marketing content.Assist the Tristram Marketing Manager with data collection to track campaign performance and measure marketing effectiveness.Support the Tristram Marketing Manager with quarterly marketing plans and reports on activity and statistics.Handle administrative tasks, such as managing databases, reports, and coordinating with vendors.Work closely with other Tristram departments including sales, finance, fleet, and after-sales.What We're Looking For : At least 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in marketing.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.An eye for detail.A proactive attitude with a can-do approach.Full NZ Drivers Licence.Full NZ working rights.Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm.This role may require occasional travel to our Auckland dealerships.Apply NOW in confidence!Unlock job insightsSalary, number of applicants, skills matchYour application will include the following questions : Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How would you rate your English language skills?What driver's licence do you hold?How many years of experience do you have in marketing?Do you have automotive industry experience?What is your salary expectation?To help fast track your application, please include any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory.What can I earn as a Marketing Assistant?
