Do you enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high performing team?We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated team player to progress their career as a Small Business Partner in Whangarei, where you can make a meaningful difference to customers by helping them to unlock their full growth potential.What does the day to day for a Small Business Partner look like?As a Small Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to not only showcase your talents, but also grow professionally with the help of a supportive and committed team.You'll be working with some of our more complex small business customers, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, helping them achieve their goals, while also being out in market building relationships with future BNZ customers.What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?The great thing about these roles is the customers.

You'll be seen as a "trusted advisor" and build confidence by demonstrating your ability to work effectively and efficiently in supporting them meet their financial goals.What attributes will make you successful?Proven lending experience and an understanding of business financials is preferred but not essential.

You'll also demonstrate business development or previous experience acquiring new business.

You'll enjoy getting out into the Business community and forging long lasting relationships with new and existing customers as well as building strong relationships with your colleagues.We're passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers.
