Job Title : SAP Ariba Consultant – Contract Management & Supplier Lifecycle Performance

Location : New Zealand

Employment Type : Contract / Hybrid work arrangement

Start Date : ASAP

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with hands-on implementation experience in the Contract Management and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management (SLPM) modules. You will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Ariba solutions that support our procurement transformation journey. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba Contract Management and SLPM modules.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional SAP Ariba solutions.
Perform fit-gap analysis, design processes, and develop functional specifications.
Manage supplier onboarding, contract templates, workflows, approval processes, and compliance configurations.
Conduct testing, training, and cutover planning for project go-lives.
Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations post-implementation.
Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure system integrity and user adoption.

Key Skills & Experience :

Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementations , particularly in Contract Management and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.

Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management frameworks .

Ability to design and configure contract templates, clauses, approval flows, and supplier qualification processes.

Experience working with cross-functional teams , including procurement, legal, and IT.

Strong communication skills and ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.
