Join us and become a Heartist.ResponsibilitiesShift supervision across the concierge desk areaFacilitating guest arrivals, departures and during their stayShare local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up-sell hotel facilitiesLead the team to enhance guest satisfactionLiaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conductedQualificationsYou will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality and customer serviceBe flexible.
You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day / week roster including early mornings and late nightsYou are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitalityYou are an approachable team player and you can think outside of the boxBe able to manage multiple tasks at any given timeFull NZ Drivers Licence is essentialImmaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbalLeadership capabilityAdditional InformationWhy join Pullman Auckland?
