What is Choices in Community Living
Choices in Community Living (CICL) is person-centred support service for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. We provide tailored, one-on-one support that helps people live in their own homes, engage with their communities, and pursue meaningful goals — from employment and education to friendships and hobbies.
Our support is guided by the principles of Enabling Good Lives (EGL), a values-based approach that places people at the centre of their own lives. This means we work in partnership with each person to ensure their support is personalised, strengths-based, and aligned with their goals and aspirations.
