Service Delivery Supervisor

We're Hiring – Service Delivery Supervisor (Full-Time, Auckland)Worksite Safety Solutions Ltd (WSS) is growing, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to join our Operations team in Penrose, Auckland.Key Criteria to apply : Must be eligible to work in NZ with relevant TTM / Civil experienceholding a Class 1 or Class 2 (preferred) license.This is your chance to step into a leadership role that's a stepping stone to Operations Manager, with mentoring and clear progression pathways.What you'll do : Lead and support a team of 26 staff across TTM, TMP, Civil Works, Audits & Consulting.Oversee scheduling, rostering, timesheets, and job handovers to ensure seamless daily operations.Monitor compliance with NZGTTM, CoPTTM, and HSWA 2015.Drive financial efficiency through accurate payroll, invoicing, and reporting.Support continuous improvement, business growth, and client satisfaction.Champion safety and embed WSS's values of Pride, Integrity, Trust, and Safety.What we're looking for : Proven leadership and operational management experience (TTM / Civil sector ideal).

Strong organisational and financial administration skills.Confident communicator who can build trust with staff, clients, and industry partners.Commitment to cultural responsiveness, equity, and inclusion.Resilient, proactive, and eager to grow into a future Operations Manager role.Why WSS?
