We’re a technology company looking for a key role - the Field Engineer. We provide multi-disciplined professional and managed services across infrastructure, applications, cloud, security and modern work solutions to some of New Zealand's best companies.
The Field Engineer role is an onsite, customer service role where you get the real opportunity for purpose and fulfillment by supporting our customers. You’ll be responsible for providing them the technical support they need, when they need it and in a diligent, efficient and friendly manner.
A day in the life looks like :
- Representing The Instillery with one of our key customers, providing level 2 / 3 Infrastructure support on clients site.
- Resolving clients’ technical issues and enabling them in their day-to-day operations
- Managing a ticket queue within specified timeframes (supporting users onsite and remotely)
- Working with your broader Field Services and Customer Operations team

Have 1-3 years' IT, Service Desk or Field Engineer experienceYou will be a jack of all trades ready to take ownership in the job, with a proven IT support track recordIdeally have a vast tech stack including MS Stack, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, Citrix, Wintel, Exchange, SQL, SAN and Terminal Services.
