He kōrero whakamārama mā tēnei tūranga | About the role

Each tangata will have high‑risk individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as :

  • Palliative cares
  • Bowel cares
  • Dementia
  • Mental health
  • Medication

Mōhou Ake | About You

  • Level 2, 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (recognised in NZ)
  • Spinal injury experience
  • Stoma management experience
  • Use of full, standing and two‑person hoist
  • Experience administering prescribed medication
  • Understand and respect for the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bi‑cultural approach
  • Full / restricted driver's licence
  • Be available to work every second weekend
