The Role

SouthRoads is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead and deliver projects across our Siteworks and Road Construction teams in Southland and Otago. You will oversee crews and contracts to ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. You'll plan and programme resources, manage client relationships, and ensure high standards of quality and performance are maintained.
