We’re looking for an innovative and organised Service Manager in our Mosgiel branch to work with one of the world’s leading agricultural brands, John Deere.

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the service department whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be overseeing an existing service / workshop team as well as being an integral part of our companywide service team that succeeds on high quality, streamlined workmanship and customer focus.

You will have a mechanical background and strong leadership skills, and a drive to achieve great results for both company and customers. This is an autonomous, full-time role, working alongside our Service Coordinator, that offers a great work / life balance for the right person - whether you’re an experienced manager or are looking to take that next step in your career.
