Senior Analyst - Research & Evaluation

We’re looking for a research and evaluation expert who wants to create impact. As a Senior Analyst – Research & Evaluation , you’ll lead and execute projects to measure service performance and community outcomes, helping us understand and enhance the experience of our customers across our department’s services such as libraries, community centres, arts and culture, community development and programming.

This is a fixed term position for 18 months, 40 hours per week, based both in our Albert Street office and from home.

• Lead the design and delivery of customer experience and evaluation projects that demonstrate community value.
• Translate findings into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision‑making.
• Partner with leaders and teams to define meaningful input, output, outcome, and impact measures.
• Ensure all research and evaluation uses ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive methodologies.
• Contribute to building confidence and capability in evidence‑based planning through coaching and collaboration.

Salary : This role is a band G, we expect to appoint the successful candidate at a salary of $88‑104K depending on skills & experience.
