Sales and Design Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Irrigation Sales & Design professional to join our high‑performing Sales & Design team. This role can be based in Ashburton or Rangiora, offering flexibility for the right person. You’ll combine your technical design capability with relationship-building and business development across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Creating high‑quality irrigation design plans and solutions
• Managing the full design and sales process for key clients
• Building strong, lasting relationships across the rural irrigation sector
• Providing technical guidance on new and existing irrigation systems
• Helping clients lift productivity through our products and services

What you'll bring

• Proven sales experience and strong communication skills
• Ability to connect with a diverse rural customer base
• Understanding of the NZ irrigation industry
• Experience with irrigation design or sales (advantageous)
