Job description3+ years of QA engineering experience, preferably in a microservices environment. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, with hands‑on experience in frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit. High level of SQL knowledge. Proven experience designing and implementing test strategies and automation solutions. Agile methodology expertise and experience with Git version control. Adaptability to fast‑paced, evolving environments. Alignment with Xplor’s values and a collaborative, positive attitude. Preferred : Experience with Azure or AWS, API testing, and performance testing. Flexible working arrangements. 12 weeks gender‑neutral paid parental leave (primary and secondary carer). 3 extra days off for community volunteering. Role Summary
Join Xplor Technologies as a Senior QA Engineer in Auckland, NZ. The role is fully remote within New Zealand, providing you the flexibility to work from any location you legally qualify to work in.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end quality of the payments platform, from transaction processing to settlement systems.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using C#, .NET, and modern testing tools.
- Design comprehensive test strategies for complex payment flows, integrations, and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and business analysts to drive the QA process and improve testing practices.
- Champion process improvements, fostering continuous enhancement of QA methodologies.
