We're on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.

Job Description

What you'll do :

Drive sales across our F&B outlets and event spaces, including Harbour Society, HI-SO, and private dining venues.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, turning enquiries into memorable experiences.

Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Host site inspections and build strong client relationships

Prepare tailored proposals, Event run sheets and coordinate site inspections.

Collaborate with our culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

What you'll bring :

2+ years Proven experience in hospitality or F&B sales, ideally in a luxury hotel setting

Strong ability to drive revenue and convert leads into long-term business

Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Proactive, target-driven, and commercially savvy

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple client accounts

Passion for food, events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences

A flair for creativity and alignment with the bold SO / brand
