As a Bilingual Academic Advisor, you'll be part of the engine driving Crimson's growth in New Zealand.
You'll connect ambitious families with life-changing opportunities, open doors to the world's top universities, and help shape the leaders of tomorrow — all while generating revenue and growing Crimson's impact in the Mandarin-speaking community.
Responsibilities
Sales Excellence
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes.
Identify, contact and engage new leads via phone and email.
Run professional sales consultations and academic assessments that reflect Crimson's brand and standards.
Pitch and promote Crimson's world-class products to prospective families.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Onboard new clients quickly and effectively to our Student Success team.
Upsell existing clients on new Crimson offerings.
Resolve issues and queries with speed and care.
Keep sharpening your sales techniques and stay ahead of industry trends.
Business Development
Work closely with Local Area and Digital Marketing to boost lead generation and expand our reach.
Represent Crimson at school talks, expos and seminars.
Identify and build partnerships with schools, organisations and communities.
Attend relevant industry events and feed insights back to the team.
Sales Administration
Keep accurate, up-to-date records in Crimson's CRM.
Submit clear, timely sales reports for management.
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members when needed.
Work with Accounts to ensure timely payments.
Share market insights with the global sales and marketing teams.
Suggest improvements to sales processes.
Report on client needs, challenges, market shifts and opportunities for new products or services.

Qualifications
A confident communicator, fluent in Mandarin and English.
A self-motivated, driven team player.
Someone who loves building relationships and solving problems.
Prior sales, education or client-facing experience is a plus, but your energy and ambition matter most.
