Tranzit are looking for awesome drivers to join their Taranaki team to support the community in school bus services and charter work across the region.Our school bus driver positions offer 20 hours per week during the school term.

Charter work allows you to pick up extra hours during the week or in the school holidays and to see our beautiful region while interacting with a wide range of people.We have roles based out of Sunley St Depot in New Plymouth and our satellite depots in Waitara, Inglewood and Stratford.We are looking for : A positive attitude, excellent communicator and enjoys talking to peopleA confident driver with high regard for health and safetyA safe and confident driver with a clean record, having held a full car licence for at least 2 yearsA P Endorsement is preferred, but we can assist you to obtain thisAbility to pass a medical and police checkClass 2 or Class 4 licence is preferred.We set you up for success, full training will be provided by our team.We offer : A fun and diverse team who genuinely love what they doA rewarding and fulfilling experience supporting your local communityInnovative (think electric!), kiwi owned organisation who are passionate about improving the bus industry and making a difference for our peoplePaid assistance to get you on the road and driving buses.About us : With almost 100 years in the industry, we are leaders in delivering high-quality transport and tourism services across Aotearoa, New Zealand.
