As our Pharmacist, you'll lead a friendly team of 4 pharmacy technicians and assistants, guiding them through everything from dispensing and stock management to customer counselling. You'll use our state of the art dispensing software, champion best practice clinical procedures, run our on site flu vax and health check clinics, and build relationships with local GPs and rest-home nurses. We're big on professional development : you'll have access to regular workshops, study leave support, and mentoring opportunities, plus a clear pathway to become 2IC or even Pharmacy Manager down the track.
