Marketing & Advancement Lead

Selwyn House School is an independent girls’ school and co‑ed Preschool centrally located in Merivale. We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Marketing and Advancement Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role dedicated to strengthening our school’s reputation and ensuring our long‑term sustainability and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, the Marketing & Advancement Lead delivers the initiatives that secure the school’s future through student acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include :

• Marketing and Brand Planning
• Digital Marketing
• Student Growth
• Enrolment and Scholarships
• Revenue Diversification (Advancement)

Qualifications and experience sought :

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a hands‑on operator.
