Workshop Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced CNC Machinist who's ready to take on a Workshop Manager role. While hands‑on machining will still be part of your day, we're ideally seeking someone who has experience managing staff, overseeing workflow, and keeping a workshop running smoothly - or someone confident and capable of stepping into that leadership space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, workflow, and job scheduling
• Support, mentor, and guide workshop staff
• Produce precision components using steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and plastics
• Program and operate a 3‑axis CNC milling machine (Fusion 360 & Fanuc)
• Program and operate CNC lathes
• Interpret customer drawings and ensure jobs are completed to specification
• Maintain quality control across all machining work
• Assist with improving processes, efficiency, and workshop safety
