Salary Package : $55k - $65k + Super + Uncapped Commissions

Role Overview

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound and warm outbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries. Daily tasks include building rapport and guiding customers through best options.

This role offers you fantastic growth opportunities within a fast-paced sales team. You’ll contribute to meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences, supported by ongoing training and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100+ inbound and warm outbound calls daily
• Help customers with products and service enquiries
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as required
• Manage and overcome objections
• Achieve personal and teams’ sales targets
• General admin as required
