Compliance Manager – Fixed Term

Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and positive workplaces? We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to lead our health, safety, and food safety initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our store meets all legislative requirements and fosters a culture of safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain health & safety systems.
• Oversee the Food Control Plan, ensuring compliance with FSSI and external standards
• Engage and train staff, merchandisers, and contractors in safety and food safety practices
• Support employee return-to-work processes following injury or illness
• Maintain accurate safety and food safety records
• Provide timely information and training materials to department managers and store owners
• Promote a strong safety culture and positive work environment
• Adhere to store policies and contribute to team wellbeing
