Twizel Area School is seeking an innovative and collaborative pedagogy growth coach and change leader to join our team for Terms 2–4, 2026. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced leader and educator, passionate about driving teaching excellence and supporting positive change across our school.

About the role

As a pedagogy growth coach and change leader, you will :

• Lead professional learning : Work alongside teachers to strengthen instructional practices and embed evidence-based pedagogy.
• Coach and mentor : Provide tailored support to staff, fostering reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Drive change initiatives : Champion school-wide strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement.
• Collaborate and inspire : Build strong relationships, lead professional conversations, and model best practice in teaching and learning.
