Hours : 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm, Monday-Friday

About Us

We are a locally owned and operated factory based in Oakura producing high-quality, premium pet food products. Our close-knit team is looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Assistant to join us.

Role Overview

As a Factory Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day operations of our production facility. This hands‑on position involves a variety of tasks, with no two days looking the same. You will be working with a small team who take pride in their work and multi‑task across different duties as required.

About You

• Hold a full New Zealand Driver’s License
• Are physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
• Are reliable, hardworking and not afraid to get stuck in
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced role
• Enjoy variety in your day
• Are comfortable working in a factory environment and operating machinery
• Are safety conscious and take your own safety and that of others seriously

Previous experience in meat processing is ideal, but not a requirement. If you’re a quick learner who is eager to take advice on board, we want to hear from you too.
