About the role
Reporting to the General Manager - Medicine and Women's and Children's Health, this high-paced but rewarding role sees you providing top-level administrative support to the Directorate that oversees most medical speciality functions for Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern.
As part of the Directorates Leadership team, you will coordinate, support and interact with the staff of all services in the directorate, as well as many external organisations, internal stakeholders across our regional and National business functions, as well as from time to time, patients and their Whanau.
This rewarding position is largely an autonomous role that demands diligence and efficiency.

About you
To hit the ground running, you will have a background in senior-level administration, and demonstrate skills to anticipate, prioritise and deliver in a complex environment. You will have the ability to take direction when required and the confidence to build successful working relationships across a large organisation.
