What You'll Be Doing Work as part of the sealant crew in a boutique manufacturing environment Learn and master the intricate process of wig making over time Handle detailed, hands-on tasks requiring precision and care Contribute to creating custom wigs that meet high client standards Maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process What You Need Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a new trade skill Patience and dedication to develop expertise over several years Sewing experience (professional or hobby) or interest in crafts such as embroidery, jewellery making, soft furnishings, or hair and make-up Ability to work well in a team and follow detailed instructions Good communication skills What's in It for You Full-time, permanent role : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm (no weekends) Fantastic employer with a great workplace culture Opportunity to learn a unique, rewarding craft that positively impacts people's lives Supportive team environment and long-term career development If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply today!
