You\'ll be responsible for safely delivering steel, stainless steel, and aluminium orders— both locally and out of town — while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.Safely operate Class 2 and 4 flat deck trucksDeliver customer orders accurately, on time, and to a high standardProvide professional, friendly service to our customersAssist in warehouse operations : picking, packing, loading, and dispatching ordersComplete delivery paperwork and basic computer entries with accuracyHours : Monday to Friday, starting at 7am (40-45 hours per week)RequirementsFull Class 2 licence with a clean driving record (essential)Class 4 licence is desirable — if you don\'t have it yet, we can support you to get itForklift licence with practical experienceOverhead crane operation experience — preferredPrevious experience delivering steel or similar products — preferredPhysically fit and capable of regular liftingBasic to intermediate computer skillsBenefitsJoin a supportive team where your contributions are valuedLong-term career opportunities in a stable, growing businessOn-the-job training and development to help you succeedAccess to Vulcan\'s health and wellness programmeRepresent a trusted brand and make a tangible impact on the industryAdditional InformationPlease note that you must be currently residing in New Zealand or have a valid work visa to be considered for this position.We are committed to health and safety in our organisation.
