About 80% of our production is used for steel making, with a significant portion supplied to a local Kiwi steel mill.

Our Maramarua Mine, located in the Waikato region, is an opencast mine producing low-ash, low-sulphur thermal coal for the domestic market.

It is situated 20km south of Auckland or 50km from Thames—offering a choice between city or coast life.

The Opportunity :

We are seeking permanent full-time Mine Operators to join our team, reporting to the Mine Supervisor.

Responsibilities include operating various mobile heavy equipment and vehicles.

Ideal candidates are experienced operators from mining, forestry, or civil industries, with skills in :

Dozer operation (CAT D8 – D11)

Excavator operation (100t – 400t, or larger)

Grader operation (CAT 16H)

Dump truck operation (CAT 777, CAT 789)

Experience operating all these machines is a plus!
